Fixed error in bash function 
Replaced "$COLUMNS" with "$(tput cols)", because shell variables are not exported to child processes.

an attempt to shorten the text length 
unfortunately, most of  weather condition descriptions do not fit into frames and are truncated, which makes difficult for reader to have a clear understanding of the forecast

df0b72e178 Should fix monospace char issues in Android 
Some bar drawing gliphs are missing in Android. Adobe's Source Code Pro
has them all, so it's one option to fix it on all platforms.

If you wish you can also host the font locally.
