    Mach's nominated zig versions are a useful way for the community to lock to specific versions of zig, but move faster than the pace of official zig version releases.

    This release of setup-zig allows the use of these mach versions to be used within the version: tag. It also addresses long standing issues with the action being overly aggressive caching tool versions. As it turns out, there are two levels of cache in the GitHub actions environment (job-level and runner-level). The cache key was different between the two, and the job level cache key used the version string directly, which was the wrong thing when using versions like "master".
